Every Platformer Ever: THE KEY TO FREEDOM is a game where your brother gets kidnapped by a mysterious being and you must collect 3 keys in order to save him. The game originates from a game trilogy I made on Scratch a few years back simply called Every Platformer Ever, It is called this because Scratch has many platformer games that all follow the same trope of "Square gets from point A to point B in basic level design" so my game is a parody of that trope. As time progressed though I started adding more and more features until eventually the game became this! This game is currently in production so many placeholders are used. Everything is subject to change and a lot will change. Thank you for playing Every Platformer Ever: THE KEY TO FREEDOM 

also you can play this game with either Keyboard and mouse or controller.

1. KEYBOARD CONTROLS: A/Left arrow: moves left. D/Right arrow: moves right. W/Up arrow/Spacebar: jumps. R: Restarts level (use this if you get stuck) Shift: Sprint (You can sprint for forever but as soon as you let go of shift there is a 10 second cooldown)
2. CONTROLLER CONTROLS: Move left analog stick to the left/Left D-Pad button: moves left. Move left analog stick to the right/Right D-Pad button: moves right. A button/Up D-Pad button: jumps. Y: Restarts level. Press down left analog stick: Sprint
3. MODES: Easy mode: nothing does damage to you, you can only die by falling in lava/out of map. Normal mode: the intended way to play, all damage is normal. Hard mode: Anything that would do 1 damage to you now does 2 damage, anything that would do no damage to you (as in the level 2 snails freezing you but not actually damaging you) now does 1 damage to you. HELL mode: if you get damaged by anything at all you immediately die and have to start the game back from the beginning
4. SNAILS: Jump on top of snails to kill them.  Level 1 Snails do damage to you when you run into them. Level 2 snails do not do damage to you by default but they do freeze you temporarily. Level 3 snails do damage to you when you run into them as well as spawning 3 mini snails. Mini snails are a lot faster than regular snails, they do damage to you when you run into them.
